This is a 4 BHK triplex bungalow of which all 4 bedrooms come with private bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen, two living rooms, dining, open to sky terrace, on site parking and washing machine for laundry will be available to you.

This room features a queen-size bed with side tables, by the window seating, 2 wardrobes and a large window. This room also has a single floor mattress which can be set-up on request.

 

Bedroom 101:

This cozy bedroom on the first floor has a queen size bed, workstation, wardrobe, dressing mirror and a large window for ventilation. 

 

Bedroom 102:

This spacious bedroom on the first floor features a private balcony where you can smoke, king-size bed with dressing table, 3 wardrobes, workstation and a beautiful street view from the balcony. This room also has a single floor mattress which can be set-up on request.

 

Bedroom 201:

Perched on the second floor, this room features a queen-size bed with side table, workstation, wardrobe, a large mirror and an open to sky terrace right next to the bedroom.

We provide fresh bed linen, pillows, and a blanket in each bedroom.

WiFi speed is 300MBPS and is unlimited. Very reliable for one to work from home.

All bedrooms have attached bathroom with Western Toilet, Sink & Shower with 24*7 hot water.

Kitchen:

A fully equipped and functional kitchen 

-We have a top of the line UV+RO filtration system for drinking water.

-The kitchen has a three-burner cooktop, electric electric kettle, mixer/grinder, microwave oven, and large 2 door refrigerator.

-We also have all cooking utensils, eating plates and saucers and serving utensils.

-Also available are drinking glasses, tea/coffee cups.

 

Living Room:

We have two living rooms one on ground floor and other on the first floor. First floor living area has a cool chill-out place with a 50 inch TV with free access to Netflix and Amazon Prime Videos and Music.

Power Backup:

We have a high capacity on-site to keep the lights on during the city's power cuts. The geysers, washing machine, fridge, microwave won't work during power cuts.

 

Security:

- The outside of the house is under CCTV surveillance.
