Bedroom 102:

This cozy bedroom on the first floor has a queen size bed, side table, workstation, 2 spacious wardrobes, dressing mirror and two large windows for ventilation. 

 

Bedroom 201:

Perched on the second floor, this air-conditioned bedroom has its own perks of a terrace lounge right next to the room. This room features a queen-size bed with side tables, a smart TV, storage drawers, a full size window and a dedicated dressing room with 2 wardrobes and a full sized mirror. 

 

 

We provide fresh bed linen, pillows, and a blanket in each bedroom.

WiFi speed is 300MBPS and is unlimited. Very reliable for one to work from home.

This house has one bathroom on each floor and all have Western Toilet, Sink & Shower with 24*7 hot water.

-We have a top of the line UV+RO filtration system for drinking water.

-The kitchen has a three-burner cooktop, electric electric kettle, toaster/sandwich griller, mixer/grinder, microwave oven, and large 2 door refrigerator.

-We also have all cooking utensils, eating plates and saucers and serving utensils.

-Also available are drinking glasses, tea/coffee cups.

 

Living Room:

We have two living rooms one on ground floor and other on the first floor. First floor living area has a cool chill-out place with surround sound music system and a 50 inch TV with free access to Netflix and Amazon Prime Videos and Music.

 

There are some board games and books in the common area as well which you are free to use.

 

Power Backup:

We have a high capacity on-site to keep the lights on during the city's power cuts. The geysers, washing machine, fridge, microwave won't work during power cuts.

 

Security:

- The outside of the house is under CCTV surveillance.
